The balloon burst tester is a lab testing instrument ergonomically created by the Presto to assist the manufacturers from the paper & packaging industry in identifying the seal integrity of the tested material. This packaging testing instrument assesses the seal integrity of pouches and other flexible packaging materials by injecting air into them until the material bursts due to the air pressure acting as a force upon its walls from within.

The maximum force of air pressure on the material that it was able to withstand is recorded and depicted on the LED digital display attached. This testing instrument offers maximum precision due to minimum human intervention by its automatic sample-locking feature.
