The Hot Air Oven - Touch Screen helps test how raw materials react to different temperatures, which is very important to ensure a good quality final product. This oven can create real-life working conditions inside its closed chamber to give accurate test results.
The body of the machine is made from strong, high-quality steel. The inner chamber is made of stainless steel, and the outer body is made of mild steel. These materials are highly resistant to rust, which helps the oven last longer and reduces maintenance costs.
The oven works on the principle of forced air circulation and heat movement, which allows it to perform various tests such as ageing, heat deformation, compression set, and heat resistance — especially useful for rubber and plastic industries. The Hot Air Oven includes an air-circulating fan to keep the heat evenly spread inside the chamber.
It is built with double-layer insulation and double-door protection to maintain a steady temperature throughout the test. It is always recommended not to open the door immediately after the test is complete. Doing so may cause a sudden change in temperature that could damage the sample. It’s best to let the chamber cool down to room temperature before taking out the sample for further checking.
Each machine comes with a calibration certificate that is traceable to NABL-accredited labs, ensuring accuracy and reliability in every test.
